Kent Morgan took his 25 years of experience in managed care and healthcare cost containment, combined with his knowledge of how technology can revolutionize an industry and developed MedicalServiceQuotes.com (MSQ).
MSQ’s mission is to empower clients by leveraging technology to provide Pharmacy Benefit Management and healthcare services from the highest quality providers in a transparent platform. MSQ combines intelligent technology, RxIQ, and AncillaryIQ, with more than 100 years’ experience, to provide services related to workers’ compensation, auto-no-fault, and disability claims. Kent has a proven track record in leadership, strategic management, sales, technology operations, and business integration.
Kent has substantial leadership and management experience in roles as CEO, Chief Sales Officer, VP of Sales and National Account Management, Marketing, Information Systems and Operations.
Kent has worked for various managed care companies including Progressive Medical (now Optum), CorVel, and Concentra. Kent has a Master of Business Administration from Colorado Technical University, and a Bachelor of Science in Allied Health from Youngstown University.

Mike Zawalski has a proven track record of leadership and value creation in public and private equity owned businesses. Mike has significant experience as a Chairman, Operating Partner, CEO and CFO. Since 2003, Mike has been Chairman and Operating Partner for15 portfolio companies for seven different private equity sponsors as well as an interim CEO three times.
In addition to his role as Chairman of MSQ, Mike is currently Chairman and Operating Partner for three private equity owned businesses in technology, manufacturing and business services. Over his career Mike has worked with more than 20 private equity sponsors leading operation due diligence, developing investment thesis and strategy, providing oversight and governance, coaching and mentoring CEO’s and has done substantial work on well over 100 opportunities spanning multiple industries globally.
Mike has also held executive leadership positions at WorkflowOne, Mail Well, Inc., Ryder, The Coleman Company, Quaker Oats, Heller Financial and Arthur Andersen. Mike has a Master of Management from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration from Illinois State University.

Lisa Scaggs-Oskoui has more than 25 years of experience in the managed care, healthcare cost containment and insurance industries, holding executive positions in Sales, Marketing, Provider Management and Operations.
Lisa has a proven track record in strategy development, customer acquisition, business transformation and mergers and acquisitions. Lisa has significant experience as a CSMO, EVP of Operations and Sales and VP of Manage Care Operations.
Lisa has held many leadership roles for managed care companies including MCMC, York, Optum, National Healthcare Resources, Workers’ Compensation Management Solutions and Accordia.
Lisa has a Master of Business Administration from Capital University, a Master of Science in Agency Administration from the University of Dayton, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Ohio State University and Doctoral Studies in Organizational Behavior at Ohio State University.

Ken has a proven track record in leadership, entrepreneurship, business ownership, management, operations, sales and business integration. Currently Ken is working as CEO of Paradigm. Paradigm is the industry leader in solving complex healthcare challenges and improving lives for injured workers.
For almost 30 years, Paradigm has set the standard for outcomes-focused care for workers’ compensation cases involving the most challenging catastrophic injuries.
Ken has experience in roles as CEO, COO, VP, Sales, Marketing and Operations. Ken has worked for various managed care companies including Adva-Net, Align Networks, SmartComp, MedRisk and many others.
Ken has a Doctor of Business Administration from Walden University, a Master of Business Administration from Temple University and a Bachelor of Science from Rutgers University.
